Product Marketing Manager (Expert) / Product GTM Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• New Product Market Introduction: Own the front-end NPI (New Product Introduction) process for new products, spanning product definition, project initiation & development through to market launch.
• New Product Launch Management: Align cross-functional teams including product, R&D, sales, supply chain and after-sales to complete Go-To-Market preparation and ensure successful product launches.
• Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop channel-specific product strategies and SKU planning; manage product lifecycles and end-of-life strategies.
• Supply-Demand Alignment & Allocation: Participate in S&OP and demand forecast reviews, define supply priority rules and product allocation policies.
• Business Analysis & Retrospective: Join business review meetings to conduct regular closed-loop retrospectives on product launch performance and price execution.
• Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research and generate actionable insights for the assigned market segment.

Requirements

1. Minimum 6 years of GTM working experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware or robotics industries.
2. Strong project management capabilities.
3. Solid understanding of hardware product development workflows and frontline sales scenarios.
4. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills; resilient under pressure with proven conflict resolution ability.
5. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. Experience working in multinational companies. Hands-on 0-to-1 experience for China overseas businesses is a plus.
