AI Project Executive

• Title : Project Manager

• Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable)

• Salary Package: $5K-$6K/monthly with UP to 2 months' performance bonus
  

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to coordinate and drive the delivery of AI and Data projects across different teams. The role involves stakeholder management, project tracking, meeting coordination, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project progress, timelines and deliverables.

• Organise meetings, workshops and discussions, including tracking follow-up actions.

• Work with stakeholders, project teams and vendors to support project implementation.

• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations and briefing materials.

• Track risks, issues and dependencies, and escalate where necessary.

• Maintain project documentation and governance records.

• Support the planning and execution of organisational initiatives, events and engagement activities.
  

Requirements

• Degree in AI, Data or IT

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
