Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage relationships with institutional, corporate and professional clients, focusing on derivatives trading and cross-border opportunities.
2. Originate new business and identify revenue opportunities across equity, commodity and other derivatives products.
3. Work closely with traders and structuring teams to develop and execute tailored derivatives solutions aligned with client needs.
4. Drive client trading activity, revenue growth and expansion of existing relationships through proactive market coverage and product ideas.
5. Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and other functions to ensure efficient execution, strong governance and effective client onboarding.

Job Requirements

1. At least a Master of Business, Finance or Economics
2. At least 8 years of experience working in a similar environment
3. Analytical mindset– able to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
4. Detail-oriented– maintains accuracy and precision when handling large datasets and quantitative models.
5. Proactive learner – shows initiative in understanding financial markets, trading strategies, and quantitative tools.
6. Team player – collaborates effectively with traders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
7. Strong communicator – able to present analytical findings clearly in both written and verbal form.
8. Adaptable and resilient – comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.
9. Ethical and responsible – handles sensitive financial data with integrity and confidentiality.
