Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional, corporate and professional clients, focusing on derivatives trading and cross-border opportunities.
- Originate new business and identify revenue opportunities across equity, commodity and other derivatives products.
- Work closely with traders and structuring teams to develop and execute tailored derivatives solutions aligned with client needs.
- Drive client trading activity, revenue growth and expansion of existing relationships through proactive market coverage and product ideas.
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and other functions to ensure efficient execution, strong governance and effective client onboarding.
Job Requirements
- At least a Master of Business, Finance or Economics
- At least 8 years of experience working in a similar environment
- Analytical mindset– able to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
- Detail-oriented– maintains accuracy and precision when handling large datasets and quantitative models.
- Proactive learner – shows initiative in understanding financial markets, trading strategies, and quantitative tools.
- Team player – collaborates effectively with traders, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communicator – able to present analytical findings clearly in both written and verbal form.
- Adaptable and resilient – comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment.
- Ethical and responsible – handles sensitive financial data with integrity and confidentiality.
- Curious and innovative - keen to explore new analytical techniques, programming methods, and trading insights.
