Project Manager- 6 Months Contract - up to SGD9k

We are seeking a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee complex programs by managing timelines, defining milestones, and driving roadmap priorities. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams - including engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and QA - to ensure seamless delivery across multiple organizations. Acting as the central communication hub, you will align stakeholders, resolve impediments, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee timelines, establish milestones, monitor progress, highlight risks, and implement solutions to remove obstacles.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth and successful delivery of initiatives.
• Act as the central communication channel for complex programs that span multiple technical and operational groups.
• Lead planning and prioritization efforts to align projects with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication across leadership, teams, and stakeholders to maintain shared goals and consistent direction.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in project management; consulting background is advantageous. Experience in enterprise-level strategy or regional program management is highly valued.
• Skilled in strategic planning, operational support, and process improvement, ideally within multinational or regional settings. Exposure to in-house technology environments is welcome.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across diverse markets and geographies.
• Resourceful and persuasive, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus effectively.
• Comfortable working at both high-level strategy and detailed execution, from big-picture planning to hands-on implementation.
• Capable of producing requirements documents, project plans, status reports, training materials, and rollout strategies.
