Sales Manager $5.8K - $6.8K + Comm + Transport Allowance / VB up to 2.5 months + AWS (Jurong)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities across the Construction and Industrial sectors
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and site assessments to technical consultation, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation and deal closure
• Deliver and consistently surpass monthly revenue targets
• Expand business within existing accounts through strategic account planning and relationship management
• Advise customers on the most suitable products and solutions based on their applications and site conditions
• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and strong after-sales support
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure payments are collected in line with agreed terms
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and the sales pipeline, and provide regular updates to senior management
• Travel overseas as needed to support and grow the regional customer base

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
• Experience in industrial, construction, equipment or technical B2B sales is highly desirable
• Knowledge of hydraulic hoses or fluid connectors is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a willingness to travel overseas when required
