With our commitment to quality, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Human Resource Assistant with experience as a Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day HR operations.
• Support recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, onboarding/orientation, and exit management.
• Support/ Assist the team with work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate logistics for foreign employees, including travel arrangements, onboarding/offboarding, and accommodation/dormitory assignments.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including office supplies management and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
• Assist with timesheet management
• Support the team by responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a HR Generalist role.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, including the Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) procedures and systems.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability.
• Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive work attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working hours:

• Mon-Fri 8am to 5:45pm
