Production Machine Operator (Manufacturing/ Full Time)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Machine Operator to operate manufacturing machines and equipment, follow SOPs, perform quality checks, and support basic machine maintenance. The role requires working in a cleanroom environment and supporting safe, organized production through proper documentation, 5S, and housekeeping.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment; perform daily machine checks and update the machine check sheet

• Follow production procedures and work according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)

• Conduct quality inspections by checking products for defects and abnormalities

• Perform material handling: input/arrange product lots according to daily production planning

• Ensure safety compliance: follow workplace safety rules, wear PPE, and comply with cleanroom attire requirements

• Provide basic machine maintenance support, including basic cleaning and routine checks; assist with basic troubleshooting/repairing

• Record production output, downtime, and quality results in daily production/machine check sheets or checklists

• Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping to ensure a clean, organized work environment

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing environment experience (preferred)

• 'N' Levels or equivalent

Requirements

• Able to work rotating morning/night shifts

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom attire and PPE

• Basic machine troubleshooting capability

• Able to use Microsoft Excel / basic Windows functions for reporting and documentation

• Strong adherence to SOP and safety standards

• Attention to detail (especially for inspection and record-keeping)

• Good housekeeping mindset with commitment to 5S standards

• Reliability and flexibility to support rotating shift operations
