Regional Procurement Transformation Lead (up to $13,000 + bonus | base in HK)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement priorities across Hong Kong and Singapore, aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
• Lead selected categories, supplier negotiations and cost-improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders to understand business challenges and introduce practical procurement solutions.
• Review supplier arrangements, product specifications, purchasing patterns and market data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strengthen procurement processes, contract coverage, governance, reporting and the effective use of procurement data.
• Manage and develop a small cross-border team, providing coaching, direction and clear accountability.
• Support ongoing organisational change while maintaining supplier performance, regulatory compliance and business continuity.

Requirements

• Strong procurement, sourcing or category-management experience with measurable commercial achievements.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence operational teams and gain support for change.
• Commercially sharp, data-driven and comfortable remaining personally involved in delivery.
• Industry background is open. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, real estate, consumer, hospitality or other operational environments will be considered.

Candidates must be prepared to relocate to Hong Kong and travel to Singapore when required. Relocation support can be discussed.
