Product Manager（Games Industry）

What You Will Do

As our Game Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving the entire product lifecycle — from initial concept to launch — turning ideas into games and interactive products that players love.

• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including market research, competitive analysis, feature planning, positioning, and successful game launches.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements for prototypes and final development, working closely with Engineering, Art, and Design teams.

• Documentation & Strategy: Prepare comprehensive product strategy documents that define use cases, technical requirements, game mechanics, and overall business impact.

• Release Management: Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams on development, QA, and release schedules — ensuring resources are balanced for success across the organization.

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for someone who is curious, highly collaborative, and deeply passionate about the games industry.

• Games Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager specifically within the video games or interactive entertainment industry (e.g., mobile games, PC/Console platforms).

• Market Insight: Experience in building and scaling products for emerging markets is a strong plus.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch ideas to stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

• Language Proficiency (Business Requirement): Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required. This role strictly entails managing Chinese-language game content, overseeing localization processes, and maintaining daily communication with our Mandarin-speaking development partners and clients.
