CAPTAIN WAITER

Responsibilities:

· Greets guests andresponds to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.

· Supervises the servicerendered and delivery of ordered items by F&B attendants is timely andconsistent with the restaurant’s standards.

· Equips with updatedknowledge of the restaurant’s products and services

· Resolves customers’complaints during shift and logs all complaints for further follow-up actions.

· Checks and maintainsstock for F&B supplies e.g. cutleries, dinnerware, glassware, etc. forsmooth operations.

· Manage table reservationsystem and service crew

· Oversees the maintenancecycle for service equipment.

· Adhere to hygiene andsafety standards

· Adheres to localregulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, aswell as the company’s standard operating procedures

· Handles other adhocduties as and when assigned by Assistant Manager / F&B Manager

Working Hours: 6days work week, including weekend & PH.
