BARTENDER

Responsibilities:

· To prepare and servealcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beveragestandard.

· Assist manager in theefficient running of the day-to-day operation including set up and closing ofthe bar counter.

· Maintain bottles &glasses in a functional manner to support efficient drink preparation andpromotion of beverage.

· Prepare and manage alldessert orders from serving staff

· Cutting and preparationof fruits

· Responsible for thecleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station.

· Take beverage orders fromserving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly.

· Assist the restocking andreplenishment of bar inventory and supplies.

· Arrange beverage by FIFO(FIRST IN FIRST OUT) by dates.

· Adhere to hygiene andsafety standards

· Adhere to company’sstandard operating procedures

· Any other appropriateduties and responsibilities as assigned

Working Hours: 6days work week, including weekend & PH.
