Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Butler Service Supervisor, ISS’s Contract Manager and Manager of GS Department
• Comply with personal hygiene guidelines, uniform, do’s and don’ts Observe food hygiene Manage and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of pantry and facility
• Taking of patient meal order
• Preparation and serving of meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 3 tea-breaks (morning, afternoon and supper) to patients
• Day to day interaction with patient, nursing and hotel’s kitchen for feedback, improvement and service recovery
• Coordinate with hotel’s kitchen on accurate and timely delivery of patient meal and collection soil crockery
• Assist Supervisor to ensure sufficient pantry supplies
• Ensure butler practice, “First-in, first-out” on supplies and crockery use Assist Supervisor to conduct OJT for new staff before deployment Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition
• Work closely with housekeeping in IPS cleaning, room cleaning and changing of bed sheets (exclude toilet cleaning and waste collection) Report facility defects and “lost and found”
• Ensure work, health safety and hygiene of staff at workplace
• Assist Supervisor to conduct incident investigation
• Provide timely feedback to Supervisor, Executive and Contract
• Ensure compliance to law and regulation
