LINE PACKER (FOOD FACTORY)

We are hiring a full-time Hand Packer to pack and prepare our daily meal orders for delivery. This is a packing and logistics role at the final, downstream stage of our operation — you will handle only sealed, pre-packaged meal units and packaging materials, and will not do any food preparation or handle raw or unpackaged food. Daytime hours, no night shift, a weekly rest day, and full training provided. Suitable for candidates who are reliable, hands-on, and take pride in getting orders out accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack sealed, pre-portioned meal units and ingredient packets into delivery bags according to daily order quantities
• Operate semi-automated packing equipment (training provided)
• Label, sort, and organise packed orders by delivery group/route, and verify order counts and packaging
• Assist with loading sealed delivery bags (5–8kg) onto vehicles and handing over completed orders
• Prepare and replenish packaging materials; move and store sealed/packaged goods and non-food supplies
• Conduct stock counts of packaging materials and non-food consumables; report low stock
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the packing station and keep equipment in good order

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Able to work a 6-day week (Monday - Saturday)
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle bags of up to 8kg
• Able to work in a non air-conditioned environment (commercial central kitchen)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment during peak packing hours
• No prior experience required — full training will be provided
• Punctual and reliable (we are located quite far away in Tuas - 637127)

• Basic Salary from S$2,300 per month, CPF contributions provided
• Daytime hours (9am to 3pm fixed daily), no night shift
