Admin Executive (Construction / West / 5 days) [EL]

• Maintain operational records, inspection schedules, and engineering documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock records are updated and properly controlled.
• Support procurement activities including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery tracking.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate repairs, maintenance services, and documentation.
• Handle employee administration matters such as attendance, leave, medical records, and worker compliance documentation.
• Monitor petty cash records and internal financial documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain proper document control systems.
• Manage filing systems and support audit preparation through organized documentation practices.
• Coordinate operational schedules, project planning, and staff deployment arrangements.
• Facilitate effective communication and correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders.
