• Maintain and oversee critical operational records including water consumption logs, mould tracking reports, inspection schedules, and engineering work orders to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory control processes, ensuring timely stock updates, proper documentation, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle procurement administration including preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers on repair works, service documentation, and maintenance records to ensure timely completion and proper follow-up.
• Administer staff-related matters including attendance monitoring, leave records, medical claims, and worker documentation compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records including petty cash transactions and internal withdrawal documentation.
• Monitor compliance matters by managing misuse reports and ensuring proper record management procedures are followed.
• Organize and maintain systematic filing and documentation processes to support efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
• Support operational planning activities including annual scheduling, manpower allocation, and project coordination.
• Manage internal and external communications professionally to ensure timely responses and effective coordination.
