Japanese Language Specialist (Preschool / morning shift / Central) [EL]

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging Japanese language lessons for children in an early learning environment.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture that supports language development.
• Develop and deliver age-appropriate learning activities using songs, stories, games, and other interactive resources.
• Track student attendance and maintain records of learning progress.
• Partner with colleagues to support children's educational and developmental needs.
• Provide updates and feedback to parents on children's progress as required.
• Observe and identify learning support needs and refer cases through appropriate channels when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in teaching Japanese language, preferably to children in preschool, kindergarten, enrichment, or related educational settings.
• Familiarity with child-centred teaching approaches and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, adaptable, and creative in engaging young learners.
• Commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English within a professional environment.
