[MNC] Assistant/ Accountant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of accounts
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting
• Support the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries
• Provide overall support to the implementation of new accounting systems and finance processes
• Ensure comply with company policies, practices and procedures, GAAP, and SOX standards
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 - 3 years of accounting experience, preferably from a MNC environment
