Job Summary

Seeking an Accounts Executive to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations. The role also supports financial reporting, stakeholder queries, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process supplier payments, customer invoices, credit notes, and collections.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support accounting activities.
• Respond to finance-related enquiries from stakeholders and auditors.
• Support process improvements and streamline finance workflows.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial records and transactions.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting/finance
• Min GCE N Level

• Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm) Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
