Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities for building construction projects.
• Prepare, compile, and submit the necessary quality documentation and submissions to BCA.
• Coordinate and schedule BCA CONQUAS inspections, ensuring all requirements are met within the project timeline.
• Liaise with BCA officers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams on quality-related matters.
• Ensure site inspections, testing, documentation, and quality procedures comply with BCA standards and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site quality inspections to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas requiring improvement.
• Monitor and follow up on rectification works to ensure issues are properly addressed and closed out.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA/QC records, inspection reports, method statements, checklists, and other quality documentation.
• Support the project team in implementing quality control measures and maintaining high construction standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Singapore's building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of BCA requirements, CONQUAS standards, and quality submission procedures.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing BCA CONQUAS inspections independently.
• Good understanding of construction quality control processes, inspections, and defect rectification.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
