Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and manage building projects to ensure compliance with contractual, client, quality, environmental, health, and safety (QEHS) requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project completion within approved financial targets.
• Lead and coordinate project teams by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project requirements, QEHS standards, schedules, and cost controls.
• Monitor site progress and construction productivity, identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, project records, documentation, and email correspondence.
• Provide regular project updates to management, covering key QEHS, cost, schedule, and progress performance indicators.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, or issues and implement appropriate corrective actions where necessary.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within building construction projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Possess relevant safety certification such as CSCPM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools.
• Certified QM / CONQUAS Manager certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction processes, project schedules, cost management, and QEHS requirements.
