Campaign Crew - Changi Airport [Part Time | Flexi Days | $12/HR]

Working Hours / Location:

• Flexible days! Commit at least 3 days or more per week!

• Contract till 31 March 2027!

• Working hours: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am / 10pm to 10am

• Changi Airport

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with campaign enquiries and voucher benefits

• Verify passenger eligibility based on campaign requirements

• Collect and input passenger details accurately into the system

• Perform eligibility and duplication checks before issuing e-vouchers

• Assist with queue management and passenger flow during peak periods.

• Issue e-vouchers and explain redemption terms and condition

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience

• Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team

• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts
