Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices and delivery documents.
• Handle data entry and maintain proper filing and records.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist with purchasing and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Handle emails, phone calls and general enquiries.
• Assist with basic accounts and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the management and operations team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in hardware, machinery, construction or trading industry is an advantage.
