Event Executive [SCHR]

We are currently looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly motivated Event Executive to join our dynamic team immediately.

Job Description:

• Lead project management activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of event requirements
• Oversee daily event operations to consistently meet performance targets and lead times in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and align expectations
• Deploy and manage staff assignments based on client needs, conducting site visits to ensure compliance and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Manage work schedules and accurately consolidate staff payroll to support operational efficiency
• Deliver product training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge, improving service quality and event outcomes

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2+ years of event/project management experience
• Adaptability to fast-paced operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experienced in end-to-end D&D management
• Ability to work overtime as needed
