🚀 Start Date: Immediate
⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours/week

• Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.00pm Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm

📌 Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• HR, administration or public sector experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable liaising with various stakeholders.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Support HR activities including Performance Management, Talent Management, Board Appointments and Job Grading.
• Coordinate with divisions/agencies to collect information and prepare documents.
• Prepare HR documents such as promotion certificates and posting memos.
• Create emailers and communication materials.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, training and engagement sessions.
• Maintain HR records, databases and intranet content.
• Support board appointment administration and document submissions.
• Respond to staff and agency enquiries.
• Perform other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.
