💻 ICT Support Staff

💰 Salary: $3,000–$3,400/month
📅 Contract: 1 year, with option to extend

Requirements

• 🎓 Diploma in IT or related discipline
• 💼 Minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT support, multimedia or AV setup
• 🗣️ Good communication and organisational skills
• 🔧 Able to multitask and work independently
• 🚀 Passionate about technology and digital innovation

Key Responsibilities

• 🖥️ Provide ICT and AV support for classrooms, assemblies, exams and school events
• 🎥 Set up and troubleshoot projectors, audio systems, laptops and digital displays
• 💻 Prepare and manage student devices such as laptops and iPads
• 📝 Support e-Examinations, e-Oral and digital assessments
• 🎬 Create and edit photos, videos and multimedia presentations
• 📸 Capture photos/videos during school activities
• 📦 Assist with ICT asset inventory, maintenance and device deployment
• 🌐 Support ICT initiatives and digital transformation projects
• 📋 Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned

🕐 Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 7:00am–4:00pm
• Fri: 7:00am–3:30pm
• 30-minute lunch break included
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays

📌 Contract: 1 year with option to extend
