About the Role

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee our specialized project divisions. Your primary objective will be to ensure our business operations remain highly efficient, fully compliant, and consistently profitable.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Formulate comprehensive project schedules that outline key tasks, resource allocations, and phase responsibilities.

  • Keep a close eye on critical milestones to guarantee that projects are completed on time and within the targeted financial margins.

  • Take charge of all procurement logistics, including material delivery scheduling and purchase requests.

  • Provide strong direction to site supervisors, project engineers, and external subcontractors working on complex installations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for architects, consultants, developers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

  • Chair technical and site coordination meetings, ensuring all discussions and action items are properly documented.

  • Monitor overall project health against budgets, technical specifications, and timelines.

  • Direct testing and commissioning phases to verify that systems satisfy all regulatory and design requirements.

  • Guarantee that all final deliverables meet contract specifications, followed by a smooth documentation and handover process to the client.

  • Continuously evaluate project workflows and introduce process improvements to boost team productivity.

  • Uphold strict compliance with ISO standards, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.

  • Industry Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a focus on building automation, HVAC, fire alarms, or smoke control systems.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry best practices, local safety standards, and regional regulations.
