Marketing Communications Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to enhance brand visibility and engagement through social media, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns, while supporting event coordination, corporate communications, and performance tracking to drive data-informed marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content schedules to increase brand engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Update and maintain the company website, analyzing performance metrics to identify and implement improvements
• Conduct research and write high-quality briefs, talking points, media responses, white papers, and materials for media and association engagement
• Coordinate logistics and provide speaker support for corporate and client-facing events
• Manage end-to-end corporate gifting processes, including sourcing and distribution
• Support process improvement initiatives to streamline marketing workflows and increase operational efficiency
• Track, analyze, and report on online and offline campaign results to measure success and optimize marketing strategies
• Perform other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned by the Director

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing and event coordination
• Proficient command of English for effective marketing writing and content development
• Experience using Google Analytics for data analysis
• Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and marketing data analysis
• Effective organizational, communication, and coordination skills to collaborate within a team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience with Pardot marketing automation platform
