Admin (Production/Logistics)

Job Scope:

• Receive, verify, and process shipping and operational documents accurately.
• Review customer shipping requirements and confirm the appropriate shipping methods.
• Generate sales orders, billing documents, and supporting records using the ERP system.
• Update operational records in Excel and coordinate information with the operations team.
• Verify packing lists against the Shipment Management System (SMS).
• Process purchase requests, goods receipts, and stock transfers within the ERP system.
• Perform routine cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Liaise with customers via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams to address enquiries and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Support ad hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
