Director's Assistant
Sharp eye, curious mind and a talent for turning ideas into strong pitch decks? We're looking for an organised, resourceful Director's Assistant to support our directors from early pitches to shoots and post. You'll handle research, decks, production coordination and practical AI tools, keeping each project moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Research visual references, locations and trends, and turn findings into clear moodboards, treatments and pitch decks
- Help the Director prepare for pitches, meetings and shoots, including briefings, schedules and follow-ups
- Use AI tools (e.g. Higgsfield or similar) to create reference visuals and rough concepts
- Keep production documents, schedules, notes and files organised and up to date
- Support other ad-hoc production and administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong research, communication and teamwork skills, with a genuine interest in film and visual storytelling
AI & Digital Skills
- Hands-on experience with creative AI platforms such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, Canva AI or comparable tools.
- Able to write effective prompts, refine AI-generated outputs and turn them into presentation-ready visual references or short video concepts, with good judgement around quality, copyright and confidentiality.
- Comfortable using Google Slides or similar presentation tools; basic editing or design skills area plus.
