Executive (Community Services)

Job Summary

The Executive supports planning, coordination, and delivery of social service programs, with growing responsibility for team supervision, program quality, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures effective, professional, and compliant service delivery bridging program execution and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute assigned social service programs
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program operations
• Recruit, manage, and lead volunteers and community partners to support program goals
• Support the organization’s mission and values by serving clients of all backgrounds with professionalism and respect
• Track program outcomes, attendance, and key performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Prepare documentation for review and audit
• Help to identify service delivery gaps and propose workflow improvements to enhance program quality
• Contribute to the development of new initiatives based on community needs analysis
• Adhere to organisational policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all activities
• Represent the organization in external meetings as required, maintaining professional relationships
• Maintain confidentiality and proper data handling practices at all times

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Community Development
