Sales and Marketing Manager

Heleflo Products is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our sales strategy, grow key accounts, and take ownership of our marketing channels. This role owns revenue targets and leads tender strategy end-to-end, with a strong focus on high-value client relationships and market expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall sales strategy and revenue targets across new and existing business
• Lead pricing and quotation strategy, and coach the team on deal negotiation and closing
• Develop and manage key client relationships at a strategic, long-term partnership level
• Oversee CRM data integrity and sales reporting to inform business decisions
• Set service standards and resolve escalated client issues
• Lead tender strategy and bid submissions end-to-end — from opportunity assessment to compliance sign-off and final submission
• Identify and open new market segments and business opportunities beyond routine client engagement
• Own e-commerce platform performance, including strategy, promotions, and sales conversion
• Set direction for social media and brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Report on sales performance and market trends to management

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales/marketing experience, ideally in a strategic or account ownership capacity
• Experience in adhesives or industrial distribution strongly preferred
• Proven track record of managing tenders and closing high-value deals
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable owning targets and reporting to senior management
