Sales & Marketing Executive

Roles &Responsibilities:

PVA TePla Singapore Pte Ltd supports customers across Singapore and the wider Asia region with capital equipment and after-sales service for the semiconductor and industrial markets, as the local arm of the PVA TePla Group — a publicly listed technology group headquartered in Germany with over 1,000 employees worldwide.

This role is the operational backbone of our Singapore tool and after-sales business, coordinating orders and logistics between customers and internal suppliers. Beyond this, the successful candidate will be mentored directly by our Regional Sales Manager to grow into business development and technical solutioning, while also supporting regional marketinginitiatives — including trade show coordination with our Germany head office and upkeep of our company website content.

Key Responsibilities:

Order,Sourcing & Logistics Coordination

• Own the follow-up with customers and internal suppliers on purchase orders, delivery timelines, and after-sales service requests for the Singapore market.

• Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

• Prepare customer quotation and support process customer order

• Track shipments and documentation end-to-end, flagging delays or compliance issues proactively.

Business Development

• Research and identify engineering projects and prospective clients across Singapore's semiconductor and industrial sectors.

• Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to understand client technical requirements and help recommend suitable tool solutions and customizations.

• Build product and industry knowledge overtime to represent PVA TePla confidently in client conversations, with structured mentorship and training support.

Marketing & Regional Coordination

• Coordinate with the Germany head office on exhibition and trade show requirements for the Asia region.

• Support the review and proofreading of company website content to help ensure our brand is presented accurately and professionally.
