We are looking for a Growth & Market Expansion Senior Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end market expansion and business launch strategy for Singapore.

• Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

• Drive commercial performance by optimizing assortment, pricing, and category strategies while balancing customer demand and profitability.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to successfully execute growth initiatives and expansion plans.

Requirement & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in Growth, Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Merchandising, or Market Expansion, preferably in luxury fashion, premium retail, or luxury e-commerce.

• Proven experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and launching new products, categories, or markets.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience in merchandising, buying, category planning, or supplier management.

• Entrepreneurial, passionate about luxury fashion, and excited to build and scale new businesses from zero to one.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR, or valid work authorization in Singapore.
