OPERATION EXECUTIVE

About the role

The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily business operations across logistics, inventory, customer fulfilment, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. You will work closely with our sales, customer service, warehouse, and delivery partners to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience from order.

Key responsibilities

· Coordinate daily customer orders, deliveries, relocations

· Ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

· Monitor job status and proactively resolve operational issues.

· Plan and optimize delivery routes.

· Coordinate with delivery teams and third-party logistics partners.

· Manage delivery schedules and maximize vehicle utilization.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability and furniture condition.

· Serve as the operational point of contact for customers and resolve operational enquiries professionally.

· Liaise with suppliers, movers, installers, and repair vendors.

· Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
