Tangspac is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and grow our Professional Services practice.

This is an opportunity for a proven 360 recruiter who wants more autonomy, stronger earning potential and the opportunity to build a specialist desk.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a dedicated Professional Services recruitment desk.
• Win new clients and develop senior stakeholder relationships.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement.
• Build a strong network of senior candidates and clients.
• Deliver permanent, executive search and specialist mandates.
• Develop market intelligence and become a recognised specialist in your sector.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in billing and business development.
• Strong 360 recruitment capability.
• Existing client/candidate network preferred.
• Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and hungry to succeed.
• Professional Services / Financial Services recruitment experience is an advantage.
