Site Manager / Project Manager / Construction Manager (Electrical / Energy Projects)

S$6,000 – S$8,500 + Variable Bonus | 5-Day Work Week | Office (North area, but required to be available to work at sites)

An established engineering organization is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the execution of electrical and energy-related projects in Singapore.

The successful candidate will take ownership of site activities, coordinating contractors, manpower, materials and project stakeholders to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements.

The Role

• Take charge of daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved project plan.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and external parties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal departments to address operational and technical matters.
• Track project milestones, manpower deployment, material availability and overall site progress.
• Review site conditions and identify potential delays, technical issues or execution risks before they affect project timelines.
• Coordinate the resolution of site problems and follow through on corrective actions.
• Ensure installation and project works meet required technical, quality and safety standards.
• Carry out regular checks on site conditions, workmanship and compliance with safety procedures.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other technical documentation for project execution.
• Maintain accurate records, site documentation and progress reports for management review.
• Assist with project coordination, client communication and other operational matters throughout the project.
• Support the successful handover and completion of assigned projects.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, industrial projects, construction or related project environments.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
