Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacists to deliver efficient pharmacy services.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, including medication preparation and packing activities when required.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to optimise patient care outcomes.
• Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Contribute to service improvement, quality enhancement, and innovation projects within the department.
• Support departmental objectives through active participation in operational and clinical initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council or eligible for registration.
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented individual with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Committed to delivering safe, accurate, and patient-centred pharmacy services.
