Customer Service Executive cum Interpreter (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk and reception duties, providing personalized service to customers on an appointment basis.
• Explain treatment procedures, packages, and associated costs to customers in a professional and informative manner.
• Coordinate and liaise with external agencies and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the centre, including preparation of supplies and equipment.
• Serve refreshments and ensure a welcoming customer experience.
• Perform general administrative and operational support duties.
• Provide interpretation support and accompany visiting executives when required.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong hospitality mindset and customer service skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in reception or front desk operations is an added advantage.
• Experience serving VIP clients is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
