Senior/Architectural Coordinator (Site Based)

Our client is a reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in delivering residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments across Singapore. They are currently hiring Senior / Architectural Coordinators (Site Based) to support a high profile mega building project in Singapore.

What you will do

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site-related architectural and technical issues.
• Review architectural drawings and coordinate with relevant disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are carried out according to the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and identify any discrepancies, non-conformities, or coordination issues.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural works and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures on site.

What you will need

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of architectural site coordination experience with building projects
• Possess experience in working for A1 main contractors
