Requirements

• Relevant experience or strong interest in L&D, instructional design or adult learning
• Experience in programme design, facilitation or learning delivery is an advantage
• Strong communication, organisational, analytical and project management skills
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels
• Proactive, adaptable and resourceful
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• 🎓 Fresh graduates with a strong passion for L&D are welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programmes for service, compliance and enforcement
• Develop classroom, online and blended learning programmes and materials
• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning resources
• Facilitate workshops, learning sessions and discussions
• Manage programme development, timelines, budgets and stakeholders
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Research L&D trends and support consultancy projects
