Requirements

• 🎓 2–4 years of relevant L&D / instructional design experience
• 💡 Strong programme/project management, analytical and communication skills
• 📊 Experience in learning needs analysis and evaluation
• 🤝 Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• ⚡ Proactive, meticulous, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• 🌱 Passion for innovation, learning and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop online, blended and classroom learning programmes
• Conduct learning needs analysis and develop training materials
• Collaborate with SMEs and agency stakeholders
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and learning outcomes
• Manage end-to-end programme development, including timelines, budgets and stakeholders
• Research emerging L&D trends and methodologies
• Support consultancy projects in design thinking, process improvement and organisational transformation
