🕗 Mon–Thu: 7:45am–5:00pm
🕗 Fri: 7:45am–4:30pm
🍱 45-minute lunch break | 42-hour work week

Requirements

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Level or 5 GCE 'O' Level passes including English, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient, responsible and able to manage students firmly and fairly.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience/interest in youth engagement, student management or school administration is preferred.
• Prior experience with children/youths is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• 👀 Conduct school walkabouts and supervise student behaviour.
• 📚 Supervise detention and reflective learning sessions.
• 📝 Assist with student incidents, documentation and record-keeping.
• 🎯 Support school events and student development programmes.
• 🤝 Build positive relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
• 📋 Perform other student management and administrative duties as assigned.
