Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily air freight shipments for import and export movements.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping and operational documents accurately.
• Serve as the key liaison between customers, airlines, overseas partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
• Investigate and follow up on shipment exceptions, delays, and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update operational records in a timely manner.
• Support day-to-day freight operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or air cargo operations will be advantageous.
• Candidates with relevant transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
