Production Worker – Fish Processing (Basic Up to $1,500 + Allowances + OT / Performance Bonus / Meal Provided / Jurong Port / No Experience Required)

Job Description:

• Position: Production Worker (Fish Processing)
• Well-established Seafood Processing and Distribution SME
• 5.5 Days Work Week (Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm; Saturday: 8:00am to 12:30pm)
• Basic Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $1,500 + OT
• Entitle to Monthly Attendance Allowance up to $80
• Entitled to Variable Performance Bonuses
• Meals Provided if Committing to OT
• Working Location: Jurong Port
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Food Manufacturing (Seafood Processing)
• No Prior Experience Required

Main Responsibilities:

• Cut, clean, and process fresh fish according to operational procedures.
• Sort and pack processed fish for delivery and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and tools.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required as on the job training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
• Able to handle raw seafood and perform repetitive manual work.
