Engineer, Facilities Management (East/Up to 5k!)

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to be part of a world-class airport in Asia
• Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm
• Location: East, nearest MRT Changi
• 1 year contract (Convertible based on performance!)
• Salary up to $5k!
• Training is provided!

Job Scope

• Ensuring assigned maintenance activities are carried out in a timely manner.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors and colleagues.
• Carry out procurement work for A&A and maintenance.
• Carry out site supervision of assigned A&A, minor repair and maintenance works.
• Coming up with and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of facilities management operations.
• Carry out site inspections, in both indoor and outdoor environment

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
• Experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Equipment Operations & Maintenance
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills in an operational environment
• Able to respond effectively to site disruptions and operational issues, while working independently and collaboratively within a team
