Full-Time Trainee Assistant Baker (Jurong Central Kitchen)

📍 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)

⏰Working Hours & Salary:
• 3am-12pm/ 4am-1pm/ 5am-2pm/ 7am-4pm (OT required based on production needs)
• Transport will be provided/ arranged for employees residing within the vicinity of the central kitchen
• 4 days' of work, 1 day off cycle (incl. weekends & PH)
• Gross salary up to $2,700/month

🍞Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily food preparation and bakery production activities, including bread packing.
• Assist the bakery team in various production areas, including Danish pastries, mixing, sandwich preparation, cake decoration and cake mixing.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and preparation in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and audit standards.
• Comply with relevant Food Code of Practice and food hygiene standards.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment at all times.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily production.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

✅Job Requirements:
• No experience required ‒ training will be provided.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling moderate physical workloads.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to work as part of a team.
• Responsible and able to follow instructions and food safety protocols.
• Must be willing and able to work in the Jurong area.
