Accounts & Finance Manager

Overview:
Join our Finance team to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business performance while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance across operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of accounting functions, including review of payments, claims, and management reports.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents; assist in audit, tax schedules, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with Business Units to support budgeting, financial analysis, and performance tracking.
• Assist in preparation of Board/management presentation materials and business surveys.
• Support system improvements, automation initiatives, and Power BI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and financial controls.
• Perform ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
• Maximise the productivity and ensure timely and effective delivery of financial information for effective decision making.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6 years of relevant accounting experience with management experiences preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/Power BI exposure is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
