About this job
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and approve AP transactions
- Complete month-end closing, journals, and recharge invoices
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements review
- Prepare and monitor department budget
- Prepare audit schedules and management reports.
- Prepare GST and withholding tax filings and ensure compliance
- Liaise with tax agents and auditors.
- Support corporate tax filings and compliance.
- Coordinate with HQ Accounting and Tax teams
- Other adhoc duties assigned by the superior as needed
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Accountancy or ACCA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of SAP is mandatory
- Must be independent, proactive, resourceful, detailed and able to work hands-on under tight deadlines
- This role requires liaison work between several Chinese counterparts. Proficiency of Mandarin is essential and required
