This newly created position offers an ambitious finance professional the opportunity to lead financial operations, drive and spearhead process automation across regional business units.
Direct end-to-end month-end closing, balance sheet integrity, and operational accounting processes.
Manage local statutory submissions, tax filings, external audits, and governance frameworks.
Modernize financial infrastructure by integrating automated reporting templates, analytics platforms, and workflow automation to accelerate close schedules.
Partner with stakeholders to support regional system migrations, post-merger integration activities, and strategic growth initiatives.
Strengthen internal controls fameworks to ensure robust governance and financial risk mitigation.
About the manager/team
You will join a dynamic, forward-thinking finance team working directly alongside senior regional leaders who advocate for innovation, professional development, and cross-functional visibility.
Skills and experience required
Deep expertise in MAS regulatory reporting, IRAS tax requirements, and IFRS insurance accounting frameworks.
Comprehensive hands-on experience in financial operations, and finance systems such as SUN or Power BI.
Established background gained within Big 4 audit handling insurance or reinsurance client portfolios, or a commercial insurance broker.
Proactive mindset with a proven track record of leveraging data analytics and automation tools to optimize workflows and eliminate manual processes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
