Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable / AP)

Responsibilities:

• Data entry and record keeping: Recording transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Accounts Payable : Processing payments
• Bank reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Expense management: Processing and tracking expense claims.
• Reporting: Helping to prepare financial reports and summaries.
• Communication: Liaising with internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve financial queries.
• Administrative support: Performing general office tasks like filing, answering phones, and handling mail.

Requirements:

• Ability to use SAGE ACCPAC will be advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
• Ethical behaviour when dealing with sensitive financial information.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency
